Some progress
Not a lot to show today. I did a bunch of finish welding on both panels. I also fit up the rear valence to see where some trimming will be required.

Passenger Lower Quarter
I got the passenger side lower quarter welded in today. I had to get a new air cutoff tool from Lowes, because the harbor freight tool sucked (literally too much air and my compressor couldn't keep up). The new one made quick work of getting a nice tight fit.
I will need to make a small piece of filler metal for the back corner. These stamping ar slightly off, but for only 20 bucks each, I will form the metal to fit.

Passenger Quarter Panel
Stitch welding in the quarter panel patch. Man, it takes a long time. You have to go slow as to not warp the panel from too much heat. Everything seems to be going very well since I switched my welder over to .024 wire (from .030). I am getting much less burn through now.
After a little alignment with the screwdriver as I went along, the patch is sitting really flat now.
I had to massage the front edge at the door seam. The stamping on the patch was about 1/8" to long so I had to work a new edge with a mallet. It turned out pretty nice.
